At NÜOBELL, we stand by the quality of our premium adjustable dumbbells and want you to be fully satisfied with your home gym setup. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the dumbbells and components in their original heavy-duty boxes and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
